We've been over here at Raghavendra Nagar for a while now. The office is on the first floor, just above the shops in Nacharam. If you know Hyderabad, you know this area gets pretty busy during the day. Fourth Partner Energy Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of us who deal with solar power and helping businesses cut down on their electric bills. It's not always easy work. Sometimes the weather in Andhra Pradesh doesn't play nice, and we spend a lot of time out on sites making sure panels are actually doing what they're supposed to. We started small, just trying to get more people to look at renewable energy without it being a huge headache for them. People come by the office to talk about their roofs or how much space they have. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and see if it makes sense. It’s a lot of paperwork and technical stuff, but we try to keep things straightforward. It gets hot in the afternoons here, so we usually get an early start. Most of the guys are out in the field by eight. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since we moved into 4-7-19/45. There’s always some construction going on nearby. We just keep doing our thing, focusing on getting those solar setups running right for whoever needs them. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually end up talking through the day's plans. It’s a practical way to run a business.
