Esennar Transformers Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of Plot 12, specifically Flat No. 4 in Aravind Apartments over in Sunder Nagar. It’s a bit unusual because we are in a residential-style building, but it works for our administrative side and some of the smaller transformer work we handle. Esennar Transformers has been in this neighborhood for a while. It’s a lot quieter than the industrial zones. We have some desks set up in what used to be a living room, and we use the back rooms for storage and testing. You can see the trees from the window, which is nice. Most of our actual heavy manufacturing happens elsewhere, but this is our main hub. We get our mail here and meet with people when we need to. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we don't mind. The neighbors are used to us by now. We try not to make too much noise with the equipment. Sunder Nagar is a decent place to be based. It’s easy for the staff to get here by bus or auto. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and tea. It feels more like a home than an office, which some people like. We don't have a big flashy lobby, just a doorbell and some chairs. We just focus on the engineering and the technical drawings we have to finish. It’s a steady pace of work here at Plot 12, and we like the atmosphere of the building.
