Being up on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings and the street below. We deal with delicacies, mostly local stuff that people around here have enjoyed for years. The building itself is pretty standard for Street No. 8. We’ve been here for some time now and have settled in well. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is busy or out of order, but we don't really mind the exercise. We are a small team of people who actually care about the food we work with every day. There’s no corporate hierarchy or fancy titles in our office. We just do what needs to be done to keep things moving. Hyderabad is a great place for food, and we are glad to be a small part of that scene. The office is often filled with the smell of whatever we are testing that day. It’s a very practical workspace with no frills. We have some desks, a small kitchen area, and lots of storage for our samples.
