Blackbean Cooks Private Limited

Blackbean Cooks is tucked away in Ameerpet, specifically near the Prathibha School in Bhavani Nagar. Our address is D.No 8-3-2224/9/6. It’s a crowded neighborhood, so finding a parking spot near our place can be a real challenge some days. We are mostly focused on the cooking side of things here. Our kitchen space isn't huge, but we make it work for everything we need to do. There’s always someone chopping something or checking a pot on the stove. We started this because we liked being in the kitchen, and now it’s our full-time job in Hyderabad. We don't use any fancy titles or have a big corporate structure. It’s just us working together to get the meals ready. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much, especially in the summer months in Telangana. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. The floor is usually a bit messy by the end of the shift, but we scrub it down every night. We get our supplies from the local markets when we can. It’s a lot of physical work, standing on your feet all day and lifting heavy crates. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the food tastes like it’s supposed to. It’s a regular life for us here in Ameerpet.
