Balaji Pressure Vessels Ltd.

Our office is on the 4th floor of the Hotel Sreenidhi Nivas building. It’s right there on Red Cross Road, which is usually quite crowded with traffic and people walking by. It might seem a bit odd to have a heavy engineering company office inside a hotel building, but it has worked for us so far. We deal with pressure vessels, which are big, heavy things that require a lot of technical attention. Most of our actual heavy work happens elsewhere, but this is where the planning and the paperwork get sorted out. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hours when everyone is trying to go up or down at the same time. We have a few desks pushed together and lots of blueprints lying around. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. It gets pretty busy with the phone ringing and people discussing specs for the next big tank we have to build. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; it’s mostly just filing cabinets and old chairs. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the neighborhood shops pretty well. It’s a practical setup for us. We just come in, do the calculations, talk to the clients, and try to make sure everything is safe and solid for the projects we take on every single day.
