Ayana Energy is up here at Plot No.25 in Nagarjuna Hills. If you know Punjagutta, you know how the traffic can get down by the main road during rush hour. Up here it’s a bit different, though the parking can still be a bit of a mess. We work on energy projects and it keeps everyone in the office quite occupied throughout the week. The office isn’t huge, but we have enough space for the team to sit and figure out the logistics for the different sites. Dealing with energy isn't always straightforward. There are a lot of permits and technical details that take up most of our time. Sometimes we stay late when a project is nearing a deadline and the paperwork piles up. You can see the city from certain spots around here if the weather is clear. We’ve had this setup for a bit and it works for us. Most of the guys here have been in the power sector for years so they know the drill. It’s not just sitting at desks; there’s a lot of talking to contractors and checking on site reports. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. The neighbors are mostly other offices and some houses, so it’s a decent mix. We don’t go for anything too flashy in the office. The work is mostly about the grids and the supply chains. We just focus on the task at hand.
