ANI School of Media Studies

ANI School of Media Studies is found at House No 20-2/24 on Chilkanagar Main Road, specifically in Street No 10 of Adarsh Nagar, Uppal. In this part of Hyderabad, there is always a lot of movement. Our setup is inside a residential-style building that we have converted for our classes. We have rooms dedicated to different things like editing on computers or setting up cameras. Students are often seen walking in and out with tripods and bags. The noise from Chilkanagar Main Road is something we have just learned to live with. Adarsh Nagar is a busy area, and being in Street No 10 puts us right in the heart of it. We spend a lot of time showing people how to use the equipment or sitting through long editing sessions. It is not a shiny corporate office; it feels more like a workshop where people are actually doing things. The cables are often tangled on the floor, and there is always a need for more power sockets. We keep a small library of media books and some old projects for reference. Most of the teaching is practical, so there is a lot of trial and error going on. It is a place for people who want to learn the basics of the trade without a lot of unnecessary fluff. We just keep the doors open and the machines running for whoever is scheduled to practice that day.
