Analogics Tech India Ltd.

Out here in the Nacharam Industrial Estate, things are always moving. We are at Plot No. 9/10 on Road No. 6. It’s a typical industrial area with a lot of trucks and noise from the nearby factories. Analogics Tech India Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite some time. The building is functional, designed for work rather than looking pretty. We deal with tech stuff, mostly on the hardware side, so you’ll see a lot of components and testing equipment lying around the workstations. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the different sections. The heat in Hyderabad can get pretty intense, especially in an industrial zone like this, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We have a mix of old-timers and some newer faces. We don't really do the whole marketing thing because the work speaks for itself when it leaves the gate. Most of our day is spent making sure the production line is moving or troubleshooting some part that isn't behaving. It’s a hands-on environment. There is always a smell of solder or dust in the air, but that is just part of being in Nacharam. We just show up, do our shifts, and try to keep the machines running without too many breakdowns. It is honest work and we like the routine of the industrial estate. We'll be here until the whistle blows.
