Amogh Micro Systems

Our office is up on the second floor at B23/A in the Electronic Complex at Kushaguda Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means there is a lot of activity all around us. You can hear the sounds of other businesses and the hum of the area throughout the day. Amogh Micro Systems is a small operation. We have been in this spot for a while, and it suits the kind of work we do. The space is filled with benches and various tools that we use daily. It isn't a place for show; it is a place for work. We have a small window that gives us a view of the other buildings in the complex. The hallways of the building are a bit narrow and the elevator can be slow, so we often just take the stairs. We aren't a big team, so everyone knows exactly what is happening at any given moment. We don't really do big presentations or have long, boring meetings. Usually, we just talk across the room. Every morning we check the schedule and start on the pile of work. It is a busy environment but we have our own pace. We aren't trying to pretend we are something we are not. We are just a local business in Kushaguda trying to do a good job every day. It feels right being part of this industrial community.
