We’ve been over here at B N Reddy Nagar in Ida Charlapally for a while now. Agate Cranes & Hoist Pvt Ltd is basically what the name says. We deal with cranes and hoists. It’s a busy area in Phase 1 and our workshop is usually full of metal parts and chains. People around here know us for just getting on with the work. It’s not a fancy office or anything. Most days involve a lot of grease, heavy lifting, and making sure the equipment actually works like it’s supposed to. We handle the mechanical stuff and the electrical parts that go into these big machines. It’s noisy work. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we just walk or bike in. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty. If someone needs a hoist looked at or a crane part replaced, they just come by the address at 2-4-1068. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the industrial side of things stays pretty much the same. It's just a regular place where we fix things that lift other things. Nothing too complicated about it. We keep our tools organized, mostly, and try to keep up with the orders coming in from other businesses in the estate. It's steady work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the weather makes it tough in the shed, but that's just part of the job. We keep working regardless.
