Over at B-1 in the I. E. Sanathnagar, things get pretty loud sometimes. That's just how it is when you're working with cranes and big gear at Astha Sterling Crane Private Limited. We've got grease on our hands most days. The yard is usually full of equipment waiting to go out or coming back in. It’s not a quiet office job, that’s for sure. We spend a lot of time checking bolts and making sure everything works like it’s supposed to. Sanathnagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get the big trucks in and out, though the roads can be a bit tight. We aren't really the type to sit around and talk about big goals. We just look at what needs fixing or moving and we do it. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so we know the machines inside and out. It’s honest work. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we stick it out. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of steel. If you walk into our place at B-1, you’ll probably see us mid-task. It’s just how we run things here. No drama, just getting the equipment ready for the next job. We have a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about as luxury as it gets. We focus on the heavy lifting and leave the fancy talk to others. It's just us and the iron.
