Our main office is located in Flat No. 302 at Jhansi Enclave. It is in the Bhagyanagar Colony, right across from the Kphb Colony area. It might seem a bit strange to have a crane company based out of an apartment building, but most of our actual work happens out on the job sites where the machines are. Rank Cranes Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle the logistics, the licensing, and the scheduling. The flat is full of filing cabinets and maps of the city showing where our equipment is currently stationed. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site managers and operators, making sure everything is moving safely. It is a lot of coordination to get a heavy crane through city traffic, so we do a lot of planning before anything even moves. The team here is small, mostly just a few people who know the technical specs of the machines inside and out. We aren't into big sales pitches; we just make sure that when someone needs to lift something heavy, we have the right gear ready to go. The enclave is usually quiet, which helps when we have to go through all the safety paperwork and maintenance logs. It is a practical setup that works for us. We do not need a fancy storefront because our cranes are our biggest advertisement. We have been in Bhagyanagar for a while now and know the area well. It is a steady business.
