Located at 302 Jhansienclave in the KPHB area of Hyderabad, our office is the main hub for our crane operations. We have been working out of this space for quite some time, and it has become a bit like a second home for the staff. The building is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. Inside, it is mostly a mix of computers and stacks of folders containing equipment specs and safety certifications. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you might expect in a business that moves heavy machinery around the city. There is a constant stream of information coming in from different sites. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but it can be a challenge when things are moving fast. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but focused. We don't really go for a corporate look; it’s more about being practical and efficient. Most mornings start with a quick meeting to see what the day's priorities are. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where we catch up on things. The KPHB area is always growing, so there is always a lot going on right outside our door. We just stick to our tasks and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall behind. That is essentially what we do every single day here.
