Gupta Crane Services

Our place is at 16/A in the Patancheru Industrial Area. Being in the industrial zone makes sense for what we do at Gupta Crane Services. It’s noisy and there are trucks moving around all day long. We fit right in. We have a lot of space for the cranes and the gear we need. It’s not a pretty office, but it works for us. We spend most of our time out in the yard or on-site somewhere else. The guys here are used to the sun and the dust. We don't have many meetings. We just talk about what needs to get done over breakfast and then we go do it. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve seen other businesses in Patancheru come and go over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep working. We don't use any fancy software to track things, just some notebooks and a lot of memory. If a machine needs parts, we know exactly where to get them. We don't have a sales team. If someone needs a crane, they usually just call or stop by the gate. We’ve built a reputation just by being here and doing the work every day. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we like it. The industrial area can be a bit chaotic, but we know our way around every corner of it by now. We are just a regular crew working hard.
