Access Solar Limited

Access Solar Limited is based at S.5- Phase- Ii in the T.I.E. Balanagar area. This part of town is very industrial, so you will see a lot of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our space is basically a functional unit that fits right in with the other sheds and buildings in Phase II. It can get pretty dusty around here because of all the activity nearby, but that is just part of being in an industrial estate. We have our equipment and our office space all set up in a way that makes sense for the daily grind. The ceilings are high and it can get quite warm during the summer months, but we have some coolers to help with that. Most of the people working here have been with us for a bit, so we have a good rhythm going. We do not spend money on decorations or anything that is not necessary for the work. There is always a bit of clanking or mechanical noise in the background from the neighboring units, which reminds us that everyone is busy getting things made. It is a no-nonsense environment where the focus is on the tasks at hand rather than how the office looks. We usually have our lunch together in a small corner we cleared out near the back. It is just a plain, hardworking spot in Balanagar.
