We are located on Road No. 3 in Banjara Hills, specifically at 8-2-248 P A and 8-2-2. It’s a well-known part of Hyderabad near Khairatabad. Our place is called 360Life Healthy Kitchens Llp. We set this up because we wanted to have a kitchen that focused on making decent meals. It’s an LLP, so it’s a partnership between a few of us who share the work. The kitchen is where all the action happens. We spend hours every morning preping vegetables and getting the stoves ready. Banjara Hills is a busy area, so getting our supplies delivered can sometimes be a nightmare with the traffic. We don't have a fancy dining room with a lot of decorations. It’s mostly about the kitchen and getting the food out to people. We have a small staff and we all pitch in with the cleaning and the cooking. Sometimes things go wrong, like a fridge stopping or a delivery person getting lost, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We don't use any of those big marketing phrases. We’re just a local kitchen trying to provide something in the city. Most of our day is spent in aprons, worrying about the next order. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us on our toes. We’re just regular people working in a busy Hyderabad kitchen.
