Uma Citybuiltech (Opc) Private Limited

We are located on the second floor of Sunny Apartment, which is at 12/1 Sailen Dhar Road in Liluah. It’s room 302. Finding the place is usually easy enough once you get onto Sailen Dhar Road. We are Uma Citybuiltech, an OPC company. That basically means it’s a smaller setup, which we prefer because things stay simpler that way. Liluah has its own pace, and we fit right in. The office is full of files, old binders, and various bits of building materials we’ve collected over time. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working space. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or checking on how a build is coming along. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. Building and tech stuff in the city keeps us on our toes constantly. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, and the lighting in the hallway isn't always the best, but once you’re inside, it’s all business. We’ve had some long nights here trying to finish up proposals or sorting out logistics. It’s honest work, and we enjoy the people we meet along the way. We don't have a big marketing department, just us doing the actual tasks. If the door is open, someone is usually there typing away or looking at a screen. It is just a regular office for regular building work.
