Our office for Synergy Property Development Services Pvt. Ltd. is actually located in a house, specifically House No. 276 inside Doyens Township. It’s a bit different than being in a commercial hub, which is nice because it’s quieter here in Hyderabad. Being in a township means we’re surrounded by homes, which makes sense since we work in property development. You won't find any big flashing signs or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s more of a home-turned-office where we sit down and go through project details. Most of the time, we’re busy with plans for new sites or checking on the legal stuff that comes with land development. The address in Andhra Pradesh—well, the area around Hyderabad—is where we keep all our records and meet people. It’s a pretty laid-back environment compared to the city center. We have a couple of desks set up in the main rooms, and there's usually a lot of paperwork scattered around. People usually call us before coming over since it’s a residential area. We don’t have a massive team, just enough of us to keep the development services running properly. It feels more personal this way, I think. We spend our mornings responding to emails and the afternoons usually involve someone going out to visit a site or a government office. It’s a steady routine we’ve built up over the years here in the township. It is just a normal, hardworking place.
