Bengal Shristi Infrastructure Development Limited is based at 11/8 Guha Road, on the third floor, over in Ghusuri, Howrah. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is mostly industrial and residential mixed together. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we don't mind it. Our work is all about infrastructure, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and technical drawings. The office is quite simple—no fancy carpets or glass walls, just regular desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Ghusuri is a busy part of Howrah, and the atmosphere around the office is always energetic. We have people coming in all the time to talk about roads, buildings, and other infrastructure projects we are involved in. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re more like a group of local professionals trying to get things built around here. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out or find another way to get the work done. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to us. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. We just stay focused on the tasks we have each day, making sure the plans are accurate and the projects are moving. It’s just our daily routine here in Howrah.
