We are based out of Villpost- Bamunara, which is under the Kanksa police station in the Burdwan district. Being in a village area means our work is a bit different than what you might find in a big city. We deal with housing and land development right here in the local community. The office is a practical space where we manage our projects and meet with land owners. It is a lot of hands-on work. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or at construction sites checking on progress. It isn't a desk job most of the time. We have to deal with a lot of local regulations and paperwork which can be quite a headache. People from the nearby villages come to us when they have questions about their land or new housing plots. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff. The roads around Bamunara can be a bit rough, but we are used to traveling them to get to our sites. It is a quiet life compared to the city, but the work is steady. We don't have any glossy brochures; we just show people the actual land and what is being built. It is about building houses for the people who live in this district. We have been doing this for several years now and we just keep focusing on the work at hand in the Kanksa area to get things finished properly.
