Out here in Bagnan North, things move at a much different pace than they do in the big city centers. Supriyo Adhikari Group is based right here, which is where most of us grew up and spent our lives. It is not just a business to us; it is a part of the local community we live in. We spend a lot of our time on the road or meeting folks in their own spaces to talk about work. Our office is not anything to brag about or show off, but it serves its purpose for our daily meetings. We deal with whatever needs doing in the local area, whether it is organizing labor or checking on a project down the road. We do not use big complicated words or have meetings that drag on all day for no reason. We just talk, decide what needs to happen next, and then we go out and do it. That is the way we have stayed around for this long. You can usually find one of us around the office if you have a question or need to drop something off. We know the land and the people around Bagnan better than anyone else. It is a quiet area for the most part, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on. The weather usually tells us how much we can get done in a week, especially when the rains get heavy. We just take it one day at a time.
