Our team at Townrise Buildcon Llp is based out of the Liluah area. We have our main office on Kumarpara Road, which is a convenient place for us to manage things from. We’re a small group that focuses on the construction and building side of things. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly involving a lot of mud, concrete, and endless paperwork. We spend our mornings checking on the crews and our afternoons dealing with the legal side of development. Howrah is a busy place, and there’s always something new happening on every street. We try to keep our projects organized, but anyone in this business will tell you that things rarely go perfectly. We just try to stay on top of the problems before they get too big. Our office is where we meet to drink some tea and figure out the schedule for the week. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in work clothes. We’ve been working in this field for a while and we’ve seen a lot of changes in how things are built. We just stick to what we know works. It’s about being practical and getting the walls up straight. We don't talk much about visions or missions, we just talk about what needs to be finished by Friday. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in this town.
