Sukhi Nivas Towers Llp

Sukhi Nivas Towers LLP is based out of 6/1/B, Kumarpara Road in Liluah. It’s a busy part of town and the office reflects that. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and find someone at a desk. Most of our day is spent dealing with vendors and checking on building materials. The walls are a bit plain and we use a lot of paper notebooks instead of fancy software. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan stays on high speed all the time. Sometimes local residents stop by just to chat about the road conditions or the new shops opening up. We are just a group of people working on local towers. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have some old maps pinned up and a lot of tea mugs sitting around. There’s a cat that hangs out near the entrance sometimes. We don’t mind it. The furniture is mismatched because we bought it at different times over the years. It feels like a lived-in space rather than a show office. If you come by, you’ll probably hear someone arguing about the price of bricks on the phone. That’s just the way things go here in Liluah. We do our own filing and handle the phone calls ourselves when we aren't out on a site visit.
