Our office in Chakpara Natunpally is right in the heart of Howrah. It’s a busy district, and there is always noise from the street—horns honking, people shouting, and the general buzz of the neighborhood. Stewarts And Lloyds Of India Limited is just one of the many buildings along the road. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and old metal cupboards filled with folders. We don't spend money on fancy renovations or modern furniture. The walls are a bit stained, and the floor is concrete. It’s a real working environment. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just have a list of things to do every morning. Sometimes the rains make the road outside a bit difficult, but we still make it in. Most of the people working here live in Howrah or nearby, so we all know the same local spots for lunch. We don’t try to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a group of people at the Chakpara address making sure the paperwork is correct. There’s no rush to be the biggest or the best; we just aim to be consistent. It’s a plain, honest way of working. We keep the doors open, the fans running, and we just get on with it. It’s how things have been for years.
