You will find our unit at 11/B, Baishnab Para 2nd Lane in Serampore. It’s located in the Hooghly district, in a bit of a tucked-away spot. The lane is quite narrow, so getting big vehicles in and out takes some skill and patience. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves us well. Working in Serampore has its own rhythm. It’s not as fast as Kolkata, but it’s definitely not slow either. We spend our days managing the production and making sure the staff has what they need. There are a lot of old houses and small shops around us in Baishnab Para. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of the deal here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. Our office is just a simple space where we keep our logs and records. We have a small tea stall just around the corner where we all go for a break. It's a very local way of doing things. We know all the people on the 2nd lane by name. Most of our guys have been with us since the beginning. We just do our work, look after the machinery, and make sure things are ready for the next day. It’s a steady, regular life here in Hooghly.
