We are located over in Howrah, specifically on S. N. Banerjee Lane in the Salkia area. Our office is on the third floor of a building in Tantipara Rangkal, Flat 3B to be exact. It’s a bit of a climb up to the office, but you get used to it after a while. Being part of Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt. Ltd. in a place like Salkia is interesting because it’s a very busy, crowded part of town. There’s always something happening on the street below—rickshaws, people shouting, and the general hum of Howrah. The office itself is pretty small and cramped with all the desks and computers we need to do our management jobs. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and coordinating with other branches. It’s not the kind of place that has a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and see everyone busy at their stations. We are just a group of regular people trying to keep the administrative side of the business in order. The heat in West Bengal can be a bit much in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace. We don't talk much about goals; we just make sure the work is finished by the end of the shift. Most of us have worked here long enough to know the best snack spots on the street.
