Our office for Skydeluxe Promoters LLP is located at 6/1/B, Kumarpara Road. This is over in Liluah, which is part of Howrah. If you are coming from Kolkata, you have to cross the river, and the vibe changes a bit once you get into Howrah. It feels a little more local and grounded here. We are promoters, so our work is all about getting projects off the ground and making sure they get the attention they need. Kumarpara Road is a typical street for this area—sometimes it’s quiet and sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with local life. Our office isn't one of those glass-and-steel towers. It’s just a regular place where we can sit down and talk about business. We handle a lot of the legal and promotional side of building things. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and lots of signatures. We are a small LLP, so we don't have layers of management. If you call us, you’re probably going to talk to one of the partners directly. We just want to see Liluah and the surrounding areas grow in a way that makes sense. It’s hard work and it takes a long time to see results, but we are patient. We just take it one day at a time. The tea here is good and the people are friendly enough if you know how to talk to them.
