Our factory is at No. 147 Benaras Road in Salkia. It’s an old industrial area, and we fit right in. Hill Steel Wool Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We make steel wool, which is a messy and loud process. The machines are old but they still work fine for what we need. You can hear the hum of the factory from the street. Benaras Road is always busy with trucks and rickshaws moving goods around. Inside, the air has that metallic smell that you get used to after a few days. We have bundles of steel wool stacked up in the corner waiting to be packed. It’s not a place for office shoes; you need something sturdy here. Our workers have been with us for years, and they know how to handle the metal without getting hurt. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If you want to talk to us, you just walk into the main area and find someone. It’s a bit dark inside because the windows are high up and covered in dust. We spend our days managing the production line and making sure the quality is alright for cleaning and industrial use. Salkia is a tough neighborhood, but it’s where we’ve always been. We just keep producing and shipping out orders to different parts of the city. It’s a straightforward business with no frills or nonsense. We get the job done every single day without much fuss.
