Rosewood Ashiana LLP is located over in Howrah, specifically on Raj Ballav Shah Lane. We’re on the first floor of building 119/120. If you’ve ever been to this part of 711101, you know the lanes are narrow and always full of activity. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a modest space where a few of us work on different housing and building tasks throughout the week. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we always tell people to watch their step when they visit. Inside, it’s usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and ledger books everywhere. We don’t have a big receptionist or a formal waiting room; people just walk in and pull up a chair. The sound of the local shops and the traffic from the main road is always there in the background. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the other business owners on the lane. Sometimes we spend more time talking to the neighbors than actually working, but that’s how things go in Howrah. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don’t use any fancy systems, just a lot of hard work and keeping our word. Every day brings something different, whether it’s a problem with a site or just paperwork that needs sorting out. We just take it as it comes and keep going without much complaining.
