Reliable Steel Industries is at 222 Girish Ghosh Road, which is right in the Belurmath area. This part of the city is known for its industrial history, and we fit right in. Our site is basically a large warehouse and a yard where we store all our steel products. It’s a rough and ready kind of place. You won't find any marble floors or air-conditioned lobbies here. The office is a small, separate building that’s basically just one room with some old desks and a ceiling fan that’s always spinning. We spend a lot of time out in the yard checking the stock or helping with the loading. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of iron. We’ve been at 222 Girish Ghosh Road for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. But our work remains the same. We handle the orders as they come in and make sure the trucks are loaded correctly. The traffic on the road outside can be quite bad, especially in the evenings, but it doesn't bother us much. We aren't into self-promotion or fancy branding. We just focus on showing up and getting the work done. Most of our customers are people who have been buying from us for years. We keep things simple and plain. It's a hard-working environment and we wouldn't have it any other way.
