Razi Khusi Developers Private Limited is located over on Sankrail Station Road, care of Manasa Ram Mondal. It’s a bit of a distance from the city center, but being near the station makes it convenient for our staff and anyone coming to see us. The office is a modest setup. It is mostly just a place for us to gather and plan out our development projects. We don't have any big corporate logos or fancy furniture. It’s all very practical, with sturdy tables and plenty of space for blueprints. We spend a lot of time out at our different sites, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. When we are here, we are usually busy with the admin side of things. This means permits, payroll, and ordering materials. It’s a lot of work to keep a development company running smoothly. We just take it one day at a time. The area around Sankrail Station Road is quite lively. We like being part of that local energy. We aren't a big, nameless company. People in the neighborhood know us, and we know them. We don't bother with promotional talk because we think our work should speak for itself. We just focus on getting the buildings up and making sure everything is done the right way. It’s a simple approach. It has served us well so far.
