RAJ AND SWARAJ DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Raj and Swaraj Developers Private Limited, located at 46 Bharpara Road in Howrah. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been operating out of Samit Nagnath’s place for some time now. Dealing with property and building things in Howrah keeps us on our feet. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we get the paperwork done and meet people to discuss projects. We know the roads around here quite well. Sometimes the traffic on Bharpara Road gets a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but we manage. People come in and out, asking about different plots or how a certain build is going. We try to keep things straightforward. If you know the area, you probably know where the 46 address is. It’s just us working through the daily tasks of running a development company. There’s always a lot of dust and noise when you’re in this line of work, but that is just how it goes in Howrah. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of plans. We focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything is handled the right way without a lot of fuss. It’s local work for local people, and that suits us just fine. We’ve been part of this community for a while and plan to stay here on Bharpara Road for the foreseeable future.
