Pori Developers Private Limited is located over in Howrah, specifically at Mali Panchghara Street. If you know the area, it’s near the LP-85/2/2 plot. We’ve got a small place there where we manage our development projects. It’s not the easiest address to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals can usually point you the right way. We spend most of our time dealing with land issues and construction crews. It is a lot of hands-on work. I usually wear my boots to the office because I’m always heading out to some muddy site. We don’t have fancy air conditioning, just the breeze from the windows when it’s not too humid. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been with us since we started. We do our own bookkeeping and handle the permits ourselves. It can be a real headache dealing with all the government offices, but it’s part of the job. We focus on building small residential blocks and shops. We don't have a website that looks professional or anything. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to show people what we are capable of. The office gets a bit crowded when the contractors come in for their pay, but we manage. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive place to be. We just try to do right by the people who buy from us. That is it.
