Niltava Developer International Private Limited

We’ve been based here at 8/P/4 Lal Behari Bose Lane in Howrah for a while now. Most days it’s just us figuring out the next steps for the building projects Niltava Developer International Private Limited has on the go. The lane gets pretty narrow sometimes, especially when deliveries come in, but we make it work. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, a few old computers, and plenty of blueprints rolled up in the corner. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites checking how things are moving along. People around here know where we are if they need to drop off paperwork or just ask a quick question about a plot. Dealing with all the local regulations in West Bengal keeps us on our toes, but that is just part of the job. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the structures up without too much fuss. There is usually someone here having a cup of tea while looking over some site photos. It isn’t always quiet, but it’s how we get things done. We don't really do the big corporate meetings or anything like that. It is more about sitting down together and talking through what needs to happen by the end of the week. Most of us have lived in Howrah for years, so we know the area pretty well and how the traffic works around here.
