Our office is tucked away at 36 Nitai Charan Dutta Lane in Howrah. If you have ever been through these lanes, you know they can be a bit narrow and tricky to find if you aren't from around here. Neoyush Nirman Private Limited is run from this spot and it’s been our base for a good while. It is a typical Howrah setup. Not much room for showing off, just enough space for our desks and the old computer that sometimes makes a loud humming noise. We spend a lot of time coordinating things from here. The 711101 area is always busy with people and traffic, so once you step inside the office, it feels a bit calmer. We aren't really the type to have a big receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make a pot of tea or send someone to the shop at the corner. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with work to worry about the decor. It is a practical space for practical work. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at site reports. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. It’s just our local office where we get things done every day and try to keep our heads down while working. We handle a lot of paperwork and it stays busy until late evening.
