Navjay Properties LLP is based at 216 G T Road (North) in the Uluberia area of Howrah. Being right on the main G T Road means there is a lot of noise from trucks and buses passing by all day long. Our office is a simple place where we manage different property and land tasks. It’s not very big, and we don't have any expensive decorations on the walls. Mostly, you will just see shelves full of folders and a few computers that have seen better days. We are just a small group of people who know the property market in Howrah pretty well. Every day brings something different. One morning we might be dealing with a boundary dispute, and the next we are trying to find a plumber for a building we manage. It’s a lot of juggling. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. We just talk to people plainly and try to get things sorted out. Traffic on G T Road often makes us late for meetings, which is just part of life around here. We’ve all worked in this field for years, so we’ve seen just about everything. We just want to keep our heads down and do the work honestly. There isn't much more to say than that. It’s just us, working away in our little office in Uluberia.
