Modi Sunil Associates is based in a place called Sapuipara, which is a village area under the Bally police station in Howrah. If you’re coming from the main part of West Bengal or Kolkata, it’s a bit of a journey out to the 711227 pincode. Our office is right there in the village, near the local post office. It’s a very different environment compared to the big corporate offices you find in the city. Here, it’s much quieter, and the pace of life is a lot slower. The building is simple, just like the rest of the neighborhood. We don’t have any big neon signs or a fancy front desk. It’s mostly just us working on various projects and handling the paperwork that comes with being associates. The village of Sapuipara has its own charm, though the roads can be a bit narrow and tricky for people who aren't used to driving around here. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time, and it works well for us because it’s peaceful. You might see some local residents passing by or the postman dropping off the mail. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don’t try to make things look more important than they are; we just provide a place for people to meet and discuss whatever business is on the table for the day.
