Down at 66/5 Khetra Mitra Lane in Howrah, you'll find where we spend most of our days. This is an old part of the city, and the lanes can be a bit narrow and crowded, but that’s just how Howrah is. Our building is tucked away among many others, and it has that classic local feel. Inside the office, things are kept simple. We don't have any fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place to sit and work on whatever is on the desk that day. The neighborhood is always noisy with the sounds of people walking by and the occasional rickshaw. We’ve grown used to it over the years. We handle all our business from this one spot, and we don't have any other branches or big offices. It’s just us here. We keep track of our work with old-fashioned ledgers and some computers too. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of the people we see are from the local area who have known us for a long time. We don't put on any acts or try to sound more important than we are. We just do our work and try to be helpful when someone comes in with a question. It’s a small operation, and that’s exactly how we like it.
