Ram Narayan Upadhayay & Co. is located at 17, Bhattanagar Road in the Liluah area. We’ve been in this building for a long time. It’s an older place with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. The road outside can be a bit rough, especially after the rain, so watch where you step. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a few desks. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. There are piles of folders everywhere because we still do most things on paper. It’s not the most modern way to run things, but it’s what we know. Liluah is a working neighborhood and Bhattanagar Road always has something going on. We start our day early with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just try to be straightforward and get the job done. There’s no corporate talk here, just regular people working together. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's very peaceful. We take the good days with the bad. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. If you walk down the street, you’ll find us near the corner. We aren't hard to miss once you get to the right number. We just do the paperwork and keep things moving.
