Tapas Basunia & Co. is situated in Dharsa, specifically in the Panchanantala neighborhood. It’s under the Jagacha police station jurisdiction, for anyone trying to map it out. This is a local area where homes and businesses are all mixed together. We operate out of a modest building that fits right into the street. It’s not the kind of place that catches your eye from a mile away, but the people who live around here know us well. We’ve been part of this community for some time, and we like the fact that it’s a bit quieter than the main city centers. Inside, it’s a typical workspace with desks that have seen better days and plenty of stacks of paper. We don't have a corporate handbook or a dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable for the day’s work. The neighbors often pop their heads in to say hello, and that’s how we like it. It’s a personal way of doing things. We handle our accounts and our clients with a focus on just getting the work done right. Sometimes the rain causes a bit of a leak in the corner, and we just put a bucket under it and keep going. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. Most of what we do comes from word of mouth and being a steady presence in Panchanantala. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
