K. L. Parui & Sons

K. L. Parui & Sons has been located at 207 Belilious Road for quite a long time. It’s a family business, and we’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years. Belilious Road is always full of activity, with people moving goods and shops everywhere you look. Our place isn't anything modern or shiny. It’s a bit old and crowded with tools, metal, and whatever we happen to be working on that day. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. Most people come to us because they know the family or someone told them we’ve been here forever. We just do our work and don't worry too much about the rest. The shop is a bit dark and has that smell of grease and metal that stays with you. My sons and I handle most of the tasks ourselves. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but it’s what we know. We don’t have a website or a big marketing plan. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes by. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, I suppose. Belilious Road can be a headache with the traffic, but it’s our home. We are just a local shop trying to make a living and keep the family name going. Some days it is exhausting, but it is better than sitting in a cubicle all day long.
