Eastern Polycraft Industries Ltd.

Eastern Polycraft Industries Ltd. is based out in the Uluberia Growth Center, near Birshibpur. It is quite an industrial area, so there are always trucks and heavy machinery moving around. Our facility is pretty large because of the kind of work we do, but inside it’s just the usual industrial setup. There is a lot of noise from the machines and the workers are always busy on the lines. We started this because there was a need for polycraft products in the region, and we just kept growing from there. It’s not a fancy place by any means. The floors are concrete and the walls are painted a dull grey, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time making sure the production schedule is met, which isn’t always easy with the power cuts or equipment issues that pop up now and then. Everyone here knows their role, and we just get on with it without a lot of talking. Being in the Uluberia area means we are part of a bigger industrial community. We don’t have any polished marketing slogans or a big sales team. We just make the products and send them out. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours, especially during the busy season. We’re just a local industry trying to keep things moving and providing jobs for the people around Birshibpur. It's tough work but it's ours.
