Sukla Plastic

Sukla Plastic is located back in 8/1/1, Lalbihari Ghosal Bagan Lane in Salkia. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows each other’s business. We’ve been working with plastic items here for quite some time now. The space is filled with all sorts of products, so it can feel a bit cramped when we get a big delivery arriving. We don't have a big storefront on a main road, so most people who come here are locals or people who have been told about us by their friends. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around just to find what someone is looking for. The lane gets busy in the mornings with people going about their daily business. We start our day early, usually before the sun gets too hot to work comfortably. There’s no air conditioning here, just a couple of old fans that we keep running all day. It’s a simple business without any frills. We don't have any fancy brochures or websites to show off. If you need something, you just walk in and ask us. We do our own accounting and cleaning the floors. Sometimes the rain makes the lane outside a bit muddy, but we stay open regardless of the weather. It’s just how things are in this part of Salkia. We’re just regular people trying to run a small business in the neighborhood where we grew up. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know and what we do.
