Shivco Projects (P) Ltd.

Shivco Projects (P) Ltd. is based out of the Rabindra Nagar Complex. To be more specific, we're in Block D, using flats 405 and 406. The whole complex is at number 88 on College Road. This part of the city is right near the Botanical Garden, so it’s a bit greener than other spots. We've been in these flats for several years. It's a quiet place to work on our project files and meetings. We handle various types of project work, mostly focusing on the technical side. We don't have a big polished lobby with a receptionist. When you come to flat 405 or 406, you just see people at their desks working on blueprints or typing on computers. It's a very functional space. College Road can be a bit of a crawl during rush hour, but being near the garden makes the air feel a bit better. We aren't interested in sounding like a corporate giant. We're a private limited company, but we keep things very low-key. Our team is small, and we all know each other's families. We just focus on getting the projects done correctly. It's a lot of coordination and checking things twice. Being in the Rabindra Nagar Complex feels like home to us now. We've grown used to the layout and the neighbors in the other blocks. It’s just how we work every day, nothing more to it than that. Sometimes it's hard to find parking near block D, but that's just part of being in a busy complex. We like the neighborhood.
