We are situated at 16, Belur Road in Liluah. This is a very old and crowded part of the region, and being at Jai Balaji Group Industries Ltd. means being right in the thick of it. The road outside is almost always blocked with rickshaws, trucks, and people walking to the station. Our building has been here for a long time, and you can see the age in the walls and the heavy iron gates. It’s not a place for someone who likes quiet and calm. There is always noise from the street mixed with the sounds of the work going on inside our gates. We have a lot of history in this spot, and most of the workers have been coming here for decades. The office space is cramped and full of old desks and stacks of ledgers that seem to go back years. We don't use much fancy software; we mostly rely on what we know and the notes we take by hand. In the afternoons, the heat in Liluah can be quite something, and we mostly just keep the fans going and drink a lot of water. It’s a gritty, real environment where people work hard and don't complain much. We are just one of the many businesses along Belur Road trying to get through the daily grind. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of sweat and effort to keep the machinery running and the orders going out.
