You can find us right on G. T. Road in Salkia, at number 261. It’s an old part of town and the road is always packed with trucks and rickshaws. We’ve been here at this spot for quite a long time. Our place is basically a steel workshop. It’s loud, it’s dirty, and there is always the smell of hot metal in the air. We do a lot of basic steel fabrication and industrial work. We have machines that have been running for years, and they still do the job just fine. The guys working here know their way around a welding torch and a heavy press. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. Most of us are in overalls that have seen better days. We get orders from local builders or small factories that need specific steel parts made. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you usually just walk in and find one of us on the shop floor. We try to keep the quality decent, but we aren't trying to win any beauty contests with our work. It’s just solid, functional steel. Sometimes we have to work late when a customer needs something by the next morning. It’s hard on the back and the hands, but it pays the bills. We're just a local steel shop trying to keep busy in a crowded neighborhood while the city moves around us.
