Bokaro Power Supply Co.(P)Ltd. A Joint Venture Of Dvc & Sail

This is the office for Bokaro Power Supply Co.(P)Ltd. over in Howrah. We are a joint venture of DVC and SAIL, which sounds very official, but our daily reality here in Village South Kamrangue is much more grounded. We are located near Jhorhat in the Sankrail area of Andul. The pincode is 711302. It is a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the work happens. Being near the village, we see a lot of the local life every day. We aren't in a high-rise building. We are near the industrial belt of Howrah, so there is always a lot of movement, trucks, and dust. We just focus on the power supply side of things for the big plants. The staff here consists of people who understand the technical stuff but talk like normal neighbors. We don't have a fancy about us page on a wall. We just have our desks and our equipment. We make sure the coordination between DVC and SAIL works out on the ground level. It is a lot of monitoring and checking systems. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the weather gets bad, and we have to stay extra late to make sure everything is okay. It is just what the job requires. We aren't doing anything flashy. We are just making sure the lights stay on where they need to be. It is a lot of responsibility but we handle it.
