Our place is right on National Highway 6 in Chamarail, over in Liluah. Being near the highway means it's always noisy with the sounds of trucks and horns. We deal with steel, so the yard is full of heavy rebar and beams. It’s a gritty kind of place. The ground is mostly gravel and dirt, and it gets muddy when it rains. We have a lot of guys working here moving metal around. It’s physically demanding work. You can’t really keep your clothes clean in a place like this. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the gate and the stacks of ispat. Sometimes the traffic on NH-6 is so bad that the trucks can't get out for hours. We just wait it out. It’s not a place for tourists or anything; it’s strictly for business. We’ve been in the Liluah area for a while and have seen the roads get busier every year. The office is just a small room near the entrance where we keep the ledgers. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep track of the tons. People come here because they know we have the stock. It’s a straightforward operation. No one wears a suit here, just work clothes and safety gear. It's hot, it's dusty, but it’s what we know how to do. The guys just want to get the job finished.
