Advita Grahniwas Construction LLP is located in Howrah. We are at 14 Jelia Para 1st Byelane. It’s on the 2nd floor in room 203. If you know Shibpur you know these lanes are a bit tight. We are right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Construction is what we know. We spend our days looking at brickwork and plumbing. The office is where we do the planning and the billing. It isn't a large place but it is ours. We have a few desks and a lot of maps of the local area. Being in Bally Jagachha means we are part of the community here. Most of our workers live nearby too. We don't have a big marketing department. We just get work through people talking to each other. That is how things are done in Howrah. We deal with the rain and the heat just like everyone else. Sometimes the materials don't show up on time and we have to scramble. That is just a normal Tuesday for us. We keep things honest and we don't promise things we can't do. It is a small business and we like it that way. We just want to build decent places for people to live in. That’s the whole story of our little office on Jelia Para Lane. We aren't fancy, but we show up every morning.
