Mahalakshmi Granites Industry

We have been here in Shoolagiri for a while now. Mahalakshmi Granites Industry is located right at Sf- 213/4C in Thyagarasanapalli Village. It is a quiet spot most of the time but we stay busy with the stones. People usually find us by the post office area. We spend most of our days cutting and moving heavy granite slabs around the yard. It gets dusty and loud out here, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. There are a few of us here making sure things get loaded onto the trucks properly. We do not have a fancy office or anything like that. It is just the workshop and the machines we use every day. If you drive down toward Thyagarasanapalli, you will see the stacks of stone. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order comes in or the weather is not helping us out. We just focus on getting the slabs cut to the size people want and moving them out. The granite comes in, we process it, and then it goes to wherever it is needed. It is hard work on the back and hands, that is for sure. We have lived around here for a long time, so we know the local area well. This place in Shoolagiri is where we do everything from start to finish. We do not really do much advertising, mostly just folks stopping by because they saw the sign. That is the story of our setup here.
